Diamond Powered Energy Source

Well the very logic behind this idea is nothing Science fiction because I avoid discussing space age technology for the moment but there some thing’s we have that we could use. Consider these three things Diamonds, Solar panels, concaved magnifying glasses and mirrors to create energy from a UV light source. And I heard recently that they are trying to expand the light rays that can produce electricity so we could use that when they make it.
My idea is to make an electric car with a beam of UV light going into a diamond and then being put into a prism to refract light in various directions and then be captured by concaved magnifying glasses to expand the area of the light. Then be captured and produced into electricity by solar panels and then beyond the layers of the solar panel would be mirrors that direct the light to other solar panels, thus collecting in layers not eliminating the light source immediately. A third of the mirrors should reflect the light back into the prism, intensifying the lights rays.
This is a logical manipulation the various existing technologies related to energy power.
